Christophe Rynikiewicz will take part in the panel on « Capacity building and transparency mechanisms” at the pre COP22 NDC forum (Nationally Determined Contribution) in Rabat on June 28-29th.
The panel will discuss the priorities of the Paris Committee on Capacity Building (PCCB) work programme for 2017, how to capitalize and strengthen capacity building programs at national level, transparency mechanism adapted to developing countries capacities and finally, how can the different international initiatives on transparency (WRI, CBIT, etc.) strengthen their own capacities ?
